All members of Section E5 of the Order of the Arrow must register using this site. You must be a dues-paid member of your Lodge and registered with your local BSA Council. All registrations are to be reviewed and approved by your local Scout Executive or their designee prior to your attending.
Registration Process
On-time Registration for the 2023 Section E5 Conference will cost $50.00 per person. The registration system will open on January 1st and close on March 31st at midnight.
Late Registration
Starting on April 1st, the cost of registration will automatically increase to $60.00. Starting April 1st, 2023, until Wednesday, April 5th, 2023, at 11 PM Late Registration online will be available for $ 60.
Late registrants after March 31st — will not be guaranteed patches or event supplies.
Walk-in Registration
Walk-in registration will be available the day of the event. The price will be $60.00, and walk-ins may not receive a complimentary event patch.
